Submission Requirements:
- 1. In person: please bring your artwork to Osage Nation Museum during art intake hours: Tuesday-Saturday: November 4 – November 14 from 9 am to 4 pm.
- 2. One submission of artwork per Osage Tribal member.
- 3. All 2D artwork must be securely WIRED AND READY TO HANG. (No saw tooth hangers), 2D not to exceed 48 x 48 in. For framed works under glass, please upload a digital photo of piece (300 dpi) taken prior to framing. Essential to photograph piece before it is under glass to have quality image for virtual exhibit component.
- 4. Facemasks are required during art intake at the Museum.
- 5. Artist headshots for the exhibit will be taken during art intake.
- 6. Pick-Up: Art must be picked up February 15-26. The ONM is not responsible for artworks that remain in our space after February 26, 2020. After deadline, artworks may be donated for auction or sale or discarded.

Artist Statement:
Please provide an artist statement (250 word max) that tells us about you and your work of art. Questions to consider: Can you describe how the pandemic has affected your art practice? Has your style or themes that you address changed at all based on your experiences over the past several months? What role can art play in dealing with the effects of COVID-19? PLEASE NOTE: The subject matter of the artwork doesn’t have to be specifically about COVID-19, but made during pandemic period.

Artist Agreement
Originality: In consideration of the opportunity to display my work to the public, and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned artist, certify that the art that I am submitting is my original art and that I am the author and creator of such art. I acknowledge that Osage Nation Museum (ONM) reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause.
Promotion and Publicity: I grant ONM permission to publish in all media my name, artwork, headshot, and artist statement for use in promotion through print media, television, and the internet. My name will be attributed to my pieces that are shown by ONM.
Responsibility: Osage Nation Museum assumes responsibility for my artwork while it is located at the physical site of the Museum only. The ONM does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to my artwork or loss or damage to frames or glass, during shipping to and from the Osage Nation Museum. Reasonable safety precautions are in place to assure the safe shipping of my work. I also understand that ONM strongly recommends that I carry my own personal property insurance.
Artwork remains in the gallery until the end of the exhibit: I understand that the work may not be removed from the exhibition until the pick-up date described in the Call for Art. It is my responsibility to notify ONM in writing or by email of a third-party pick-up of artwork at the conclusion of the exhibition.
