This trip is sponsored by the Osage Veterans Memorial Commission, formerly the War Memorial Commission, which was established by the Osage Nation Congress in 2011. This online questionnaire will serve the Veterans Memorial Commission in determining the number of interested eligible Osage veterans (first-come-first-serve). Dedication Ceremony and Native Veterans Procession will be on November 11, 2022 at the National Native American Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC. Osage Veterans participating in this travel will meet at the Osage Nation Civic Center on November 9th to load on the bus. The return date will be November 13, 2022. You will need to supply a digital copy of the person's DD214 and Osage Nation Membership. Dishonorable discharges are not accepted by the Veterans Memorial Commission.
